LIVING IN A SERVICED APARTMENT

Living in one of our furnished apartments while on a business assignment in Switzerland might be the ideal solution for you. Business travel can be exhausting – interrupted routines and distance from your family. However at times it cannot be avoided. A serviced apartment might present the perfect solution. A place where you can feel at home and put your feet up. Our apartments are also ideal as a temporary pied à terre whilst you find your home in the region. In our furnished apartments you can enjoy a fully equipped modern apartment and the luxury of your own space. You can expect the following of our apartments:

In general

  • all utilities such as electricity, gas, water, TV, TV subscriptions and internet are included in the price of all of the apartments
  • we will confirm your booking online but an original lease contract with rental notification needs to be signed on arrival to comply with local laws
  • the booked apartment is ready after 14:00
  • the check-out is before 11:00 am on the day of departure
  • minimum stay one month with flexible 15 day or 30 day extensions thereafter
  • a personal check-in and local recommendations
  • the only costs in additional to the rental are the final clean, and you will need an RC (accident) insurance which we can provide for you if necessary
  • to apply for an apartment fill in the “Request a quote” tab next to the apartment description.  We will then reply to you with confirmation and a request for any documentation you may need to provide.

In the apartment

  • (digital) television
  • high speed personal WIFI
  • microwave and oven (sometimes combined)
  • induction or ceramic stove
  • fridge and freezer
  • dishwasher (except in some studios)
  • toaster
  • kettle and coffee machine
  • safe*
  • washing machine and dryer (either in the apartment or a laundry facility)

In the apartment building

  • laundry facility
  • secure premises with a permanently locked outer door
  • interior or exterior parking*
  • proximity to public transport, main roads and airports

Additional services that are not obligatory and are offered under a separate services agreement are weekly cleaning, extra beds, baby cots and high chairs.
